Payroll dates and deadlines

Tutors

Tutors from each location have until the 1st of each following month to enter all session dates and information via the Submit Payroll form. After all hours have been submitted, Site coordinators will approval hours, or reach out to your directly via email/phone for any edits needed.

After a Site Coordinator has approved your hours, you will no longer be able to edit the submitted hours.

Site Coordinators

Site coordinators have until the 10th of each following month to approval tutor hours, or reach out individually to any tutors that need adjustments made to their submitted hours. After approving hours for tutors, all information will automatically be submitted to the Program Director and to Finance for payment.

Payday

Scheduled Payday is the 20th of each following month.
